August 2026 update Dropped in for some lunch and sat at the bar.  For 1130ish It was a little busy. Bartenders were making ready for the day while slinging cold beers and specialty cocktails.  Two of which were tried.  The watermelon mojito was delicious and not too sweet. The lemonade was less sweet and refreshing. I was surprised at the roasted oysters! Really good and very tasty.  The bacon jalapeño outweighs the garlic butter but that’s just me.  If you’re not a spicy person then the garlic butter is the way. The tuna bowl was extra good and filling.  Perfectly cooked rice forms the base for the savory tuna, crunchy cucumbers carrots pickled onions and marinated watermelon.  The combination is fascinatingly rich and filling. Don’t forget about happy hour. I believe it’s weekdays 2-6 where any drink with alcohol they flip a coin and if you call it correctly viola! Your drink is free! I might have to go back for this alone if nothing else. Easily located on the sound just off via de Luna (3 hour free parking) you can also get there by boat. Urban Cowgill August 2026 update October 2025 Stopped here for dinner the other night and found the establishment quite busy. There is a reservation desk. They feature indoor and outdoor seating and a nice covered bar area. At her time provided is corn hole, checkers and a large fire pit. The location is lovely. It is right on the water and has a dock as well. We arrived slightly after sunset, but I suspect that would be a good time to be here. As an appetizer, we shared the tuna stack. It tasted good but they only gave you maybe six chips so you might want to ask for extra chips.  The fish and chips was plentiful and delicious redfish redfish, which is a grilled piece of fish over green beans looked delicious. I had a salad with a piece of mahi on top and the fish was good, but the salad seemed to lack freshness maybe like it came out of a bag? Service was decent considering the amount of customers. One of my favorites! Great view of water, menu selection, and if you have Lauren as your waitress -it’s a trifecta!
